Who are we?
SCS was conceived in 2020 and became a reality in 2021 as founders David & Sonya Stanford sought to leverage their thirty-five plus years of General Contracting and life experience into a Construction Services business with a sincere desire to support small businesses in need of construction services. It is our goal to provide hands on, user-friendly approach to ensure a pleasant experience for all parties involved. Construction is challenging enough and the experience does not need to be. SCS works to ensure our clients are fully informed and up-to-date on budgets, progress schedules and overall job status in effort to avoid surprises along the way.
Who are our clients?
Companies and/or individuals whose core business is NOT construction, thus allowing our clients to maintain focus on their business operations. Owner/operators, developers, architects and financial institutions in need of third party experienced construction support services from concept thought closeout.
