SCS will take you through a series of steps starting with Pre-Construction Services to establish the project goals and objectives such as: visioning, scope development, budgeting, scheduling, securing of project consultants and ultimately the general contractor.

We provide Project Management Services include baseline scheduling & management, budget control, monthly project reporting, project closeout and facility management consulting.  Our attention to detail and process allows the client to focus on their business operations, while trusting their best interest is being protected.

Our Lender Support Services are designed to leverage our thirty-five plus years of hands-on general contracting experience to support commercial lenders. Having prepared literally thousands of AIA pay applications throughout the years, we have a complete understanding of the construction process. This knowledge enables our ability to accurately review project estimates and progress billings on behalf of the lender. 

SCS range of services include Cost Estimating, Scope/Constructibility Review, Monthly Payment Application Review, Project Inspection, Cost-To-Complete Estimates and CPM Scheduling Analysis all of which are catered to meet your specific project needs.
